Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of ProfilePage and the pages you build at profilepage.click. By creating an account, you agree to them.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password safe. You must be at least 13 years old to use ProfilePage.

Your page and content

You own what you put on your page. By posting it, you give us permission to host and display it as part of the service. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you link to or upload.

What's not allowed

• Illegal content, or links to it.
• Harassment, hate speech, or content that endangers others.
• Malware, phishing links, or attempts to scrape or disrupt the service.
• Impersonating another person or brand without permission.

We can remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Paid plans

Paid plans renew automatically on the billing cycle you choose until you cancel. You can downgrade or cancel at any time from your account settings; cancelling stops future renewals but doesn't refund the current period.

Uptime and changes

We aim to keep ProfilePage running reliably but don't guarantee it will be available without interruption. We may update these terms or the service over time — significant changes will be posted here.

Ending your account

You can close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

Liability

ProfilePage is provided as-is. We're not liable for losses arising from content you post, links you add, or downtime beyond our control.
